To initiate a return, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting our customer service at hello@lysnutrition.com. Please include this number with your returned product, along with a tracking number so we can monitor the return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Products must be returned to the address provided within 14 days of receiving return instructions to be eligible for a refund. Returned items must be in good physical condition (not broken or damaged), and all originally included accessories must be returned.

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact hello@lysnutrition.com. Exchanges must be requested within 180 days of delivery.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the purchaser to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of LYS Nutrition, its successors, assigns, heirs, and legal representatives. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of LYS Nutrition. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all rights and obligations under this Agreement may be freely assigned by LYS Nutrition to any affiliated entity or any of its wholly owned subsidiaries.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Barbados, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in St. Michael, Barbados.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
You agree to resolve any disputes with LYS Nutrition only on an individual basis. You may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative action. Class arbitrations, class actions, private attorney general actions, and consolidations with other arbitrations are expressly prohibited.
The arbitrator may not combine the claims of more than one person or preside over any class or representative proceeding, unless all parties explicitly agree in writing after the arbitration has commenced.
If any provision in these Terms of Service—other than the Class Action Waiver—is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the Terms, and the remainder will continue in full force and effect.
If the Class Action Waiver is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the entire arbitration provision will be deemed null and void, and the dispute must be resolved in court.
